Can I exchange my products?
Yes, you have two options:

- In one of our stores, you can exchange:

- FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.

- FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item in store.

- If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
All exchanges must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Can I exchange my items at any MULAYA store?
Yes, always.
